At the beginning of January, a bunch of the buds attended the Bull City Crossfit and Bull City Running Company collaboration, Fit First Fridays. Jack planned a really challenging workout for us. It involved lots of running and was a great start to the new year. I’m trying to make sure I do at least two crossfit workouts a week — once in the gym and once at home. For Christmas, I got some equiptment, a wall ball, a slam ball, a jump rope, and I already had a kettlebell. I’ve got several WODs stored up from previous visits to the gym so I am able to pull something together to do in the garage on a RunBud Monday when I know I’ll be running three miles or less.
